Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At TherapMe, we respect both our clients' time and our therapists' professional commitments. To ensure fair scheduling and availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled therapy session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring any charges.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session amount.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("No-Show") may result in the full session fee being charged and may affect future booking privileges.

• In exceptional circumstances, including emergencies, clients should contact TherapMe as soon as reasonably possible. Requests for waiver of cancellation fees will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• TherapMe reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule appointments due to therapist unavailability, technical issues, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative appointment time or, where applicable, a refund.

• Refunds for cancellations approved by TherapMe will be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

By booking a session through TherapMe, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
