At TherapMe, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services while maintaining fair policies for both clients and therapists.
Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests for prepaid therapy sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refunds are generally not available for completed therapy sessions, as professional services have already been provided.

Therapist Cancellation or Technical Issues
If a therapy session cannot take place due to:

• Cancellation by the therapist;
• Technical issues attributable to TherapMe; or
• Other circumstances that prevent the session from being delivered as scheduled, the client may choose between:

• A full refund; or
• Rescheduling the session at no additional cost.


Session Packages
Where therapy packages or multiple-session plans are purchased:

• Partial refunds may be available for unused sessions.
• Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the number of sessions already used and any applicable promotional discounts or package terms.
• TherapMe reserves the right to review and approve package refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Times

Once approved, refunds will be processed promptly. However, the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Missed appointments ("No-Shows");
• Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session;
• Completed therapy sessions;
• Situations where the client fails to attend or participate in the scheduled session without prior notice.
